The Diamond Course

The Diamond Course equips jewelry professionals with essential knowledge to assist customers in purchasing diamond jewelry. Participants will learn to explain the 4Cs, highlight diamond value, and describe style and quality. The course covers metals, treated and lab-grown diamonds, and FTC compliance. It also prepares sales associates to enhance customer experiences, provide jewelry care guidance, support repairs and appraisals, and uphold store security.
