Diamond Council of America Launches Sales Management Masterclass with Brad Huisken

New York, NY – Diamond Council of America (DCA), a charitable non-profit organization that provides quality, affordable distance education and the opportunity to earn professional certifications in diamonds, colored gemstones, and fine jewelry sales, has announced the DCA Sales Management Masterclass, a new five-part live webinar series created specifically for jewelry retail sales managers and emerging leaders. Led by nationally recognized sales training expert Brad Huisken, the program is designed to equip participants with the practical tools, structure, and confidence needed to lead high-performing sales teams in today’s retail environment.
Sales associates are frequently promoted into management positions because of strong individual performance, yet many step into leadership roles without formal management training. The DCA Sales Management Masterclass addresses this industry-wide gap by providing focused education tailored specifically to jewelry retail sales leadership.
Through five live Zoom sessions, participants will develop a framework for effective sales management, including communication strategies, goal setting, accountability systems, coaching techniques, and proven sales training methods. Topics include establishing non-negotiable sales and service standards, improving team performance, conducting effective one-on-one coaching, and strengthening customer relationships through Brad Huisken’s Relationship Selling approach. Each 60-minute session includes practical, immediately applicable strategies, live Q&A with Huisken, and on-demand access to recordings for enrolled participants.
